What do I need to start?
A website, a reward you want to offer, and a checkout you can connect. Set up Stripe or ask your developer to connect your checkout. You can preview your program first.
Can I make it look like my brand?
Yes. Add your name, logo and offer to the page affiliates use to join your program.
Does Philos pay my affiliates automatically?
You review what’s ready to pay, pay through your own payment method, and record it in Philos. The affiliate can see what they’ve earned and what you’ve recorded as paid.
What happens if a customer gets a refund?
A connected refund updates the affiliate’s earnings under the terms they accepted. You can set a waiting period before earnings are ready to pay.
What’s included in the price?
Your Philos workspace and the features listed in your plan. Affiliate rewards and payment provider charges are separate. Transfer fees apply only when a supported transfer moves money; recording your own payment has no transfer fee.
How does the AI search feature work?
Philos checks a sample of AI answers for your affiliates’ links, codes and registered content. It shows what appeared in those answers. It doesn’t tell you how many shoppers saw them or change what an affiliate earns.
Can I export my records?
Yes. Your workspace has data exports and account controls. You can also download payment batches and affiliate statements.
